Cuban Crab Salad

2 Garlic Cloves 2T Lime Juice 3T Olive Oil 1 slice Jalapeño, minced 2T Apple Cider Vinegar Salt & Pepper, to taste 1 can Yellow Corn 1 can Black Beans, rinsed ¼C Fresh Cilantro, minced ½C Green Onion, diced ¼C Red Bell Pepper, diced 1 can Byrd Intl. Fresh Crab Meat 1) For the dressing, whisk the first six ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. 2) Combine all remaining ingredients in a separate bowl, toss with the dressing and serve immediately.
