Naan Pizza

1 package frozen Naan bread 1 jar of Spinach Sauce Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Place frozen naan on baking sheet. Spread spinach sauch over the naan. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Bake at 375 degrees for 5-8 minutes or until naan is soft.

Greek Quesadillas

Saute Fresh Baby Spinach in Olive Oil with some garlic until it has wilted down, remove from pan. Place a flour tortilla in the pan and top one side with Spinach, Crumbled Feta, Diced fresh tomatos and kalamata olives. Fold over and cook approx. 2 minutes on each side until toasty.

Soy Nuggets

Breaded soy nuggets. Some say they taste like sawdust, but I think they’re a great food if you’re on a diet. 120 calories per 4 nugget serving is hard to beat. High in protein, good source of fiber, low in fat.
