Chilaquiles

Got this from the demo counter..so quick and good! 1/2 bag of unsalted tortilla chips (I used the spicy chips for 1.69 and 1/3 of the bag for 2 of us) 1 can of white chunk chicken in broth 1 jar of salsa verde 1 can of diced tomatoes (my addition) Coat chips evenly with 1 egg and toss in heated frying pan for a minute. Add chicken with broth and salsa verde. Heat all together until chips are soft. Be careful not to let them get soggy. Melt cheese blend on top.
