Salmon Roulade

I buy this all the time. It’s cheap, quick and tastes really good. I really like that it’s easy to prepare and really healthy. Basically you just throw the frozen fish in the oven until done. The roulade has spinach and a bunch of other yummy ingredients in it.

Yellow Curry with Chicken and Mushrooms

Trader Joe’s Jasmine Rice 1 package Trader Joe’s Just Chicken 1 package Trader Joe’s Crimini Mushrooms 1 bottle Trader Joe’s Yellow Curry Sauce Cook rice according to instructions. Dice chicken and mushrooms. Add chicken and mushrooms to frying pan with Yellow Curry Sauce. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Serve over rice.
