1 Box Trader Joe’s Spanish Rice 2 1/4 c. water 2 T Olive oil or butter 1 Container Trader Joe’s Just Chicken Boil water and oil. Add rice and seasonings. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for about 15 minutes. Cut several pieces of chicken into 1/2″ pieces. Add to rice, stir and let stand for 5 minutes.
