I purchased this at my local Trader Joes in Chicago, I am not sure its available everywhere yet. I thought it was very good and was a bit skeptical as I have always gone with ground sirloin. I simply browned it and drained the fat and mixed it with some of the organic frozen brown rice and topped it with some fresh shredded parm cheese. All 3 ingredients are from Trader Joes. It was very good, the beef was not tough at all. I will use this again and try it in other recipes. I highly recommend this if you enjoy beef but may be avoiding it because of saturated fat worries. If you search online you will discover grass fed beef is lower in saturated fat 35-65% to its grain fed counterparts and higher in omega-3’s and other good for you things. I can’t wait to try the other grass fed beef products.
