1 bag Organic Broccoli Slaw 1 pkg. Smoked Salmon Pieces 3/4 c. Dried Cranberries 1/2 c. Walnut Halves & Pieces Creamy Cilantro Dressing, to taste Fresh Lemon Juice, about 1/2 lemon Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste Combine slaw, salmon, cranberries and walnuts in a bowl. Toss with enough dressing to coat. Add lemon juice and season with pepper. Serve chilled with Mini Rye Toast crackers.
