In an effort to eat healthier and cut back on ice cream consumption, I’ve enjoyed yogurt much more over the years. This french vanilla nonfat yogurt is quite tasty (would love a low sodium version!). This is great plain but is amazing if you add a bit of Trader Joe’s mixed nuts (macadamias, smoked almonds, dried cranberries and candied ginger). If you feel quite exotic, add a heaping tablespoon of instant coffee. (i use hill bros. because that’s what’s in the house at the moment. 🙂
