1 cup Trader Joe’s Cashew and Macadamia Nut Butter 1 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg 1/2 cup Trader Joe’s Candied Ginger, chopped finely 1 teaspoon Trader Joe’s Bourbon Vanilla Extract Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine the Cashew Macadamia Nut Butter, 1C sugar, egg, candied ginger, and vanilla. Stir until completely combined. Roll the dough into balls and roll in remaining sugar. Place the balls on a well oiled baking sheet. Dip a fork into the sugar and press a crisscross design on each cookie (this will prevent the cookies from crumbling).
