1 jar Curry simmering sauce 1 lb. chicken breast, cubed 4 whole grain tortillas 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese 1c lettuce grated carrots (optional) 1. Make the curry simmering chicken as directed on the jar. 2. The additional ingredients can be increased or decreased on preference. Lay four tortillas flat. Put on the shredded cheese. Put on the hot chicken so it melts. Add lettuce and carrots. This was SOOO good. This was WAY better than how the simmering sauce suggests to prep the meal. Just used what I had leftover in the fridge!
