2 Flour Tortillas 4oz Portlock Salmon 2oz Goat Cheese 1t Capers Sliced Red Onion Olive Oil 1) Heat skillet over medium high heat. Spray pan with olive oil spray. 2) Place one Tortilla in pan and layer with filling. Top with remaining Tortilla. 3) When crispy, flip Quesadilla and cook until crispy on other side.
