6T Maple Syrup 4T Orange Juice 4T Lemon Juice 3T Olive Oil Black Pepper, to taste 1 pkg TJ’s Microwave-able Yams (16 oz.) 1 pkg del Cabo Cherry Tomatoes (1 dry pint), sliced in half 2C Cilantro, finely chopped 1C TJ’s Organic Ginger Chunks, finely chopped 1C TJ’s Sweet & Spicy Pecans, finely chopped 1) For the dressing, place the first 5 ingredients in a jar with a lid, shake until thoroughly combined, and set aside. 2) Prepare the Yams according to the package instructions and let cool. 3) When the Yams are cool, combine with the Tomatoes, Cilantro, Ginger Chunks, and Pecans. 4) Toss with the dressing and refrigerate for at least half an hour (preferably overnight) and serve.
