1 sweet onion olive oil kosher salt, fresh ground pepper 1/2 pound sweet red cherries 1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar Peel and slice onion into 1/2″ rounds, Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and grill until browned and tender. Remove and chop, mix with the pitted and halved cherries and the vinegar. Salt and pepper as desired. Great with any Trader Joes fish selection.
