1 bag large scallops 1 bag frozen veggie mix 1 bottle Trader Joes red curry sauce 1 box penne pasta 1 tablespoon olive oil Heat pot of water for pasta to boil, add pasta. thaw and dry scallops, heat oil and cook scallops then add frozen veggies and curry sauce and cook 5 more minutes. Drain pasta and add to mixture of veggies, scallops and pasta. This makes enough for 4 people.
