Mexican pizza

1/2 pound Trader Joe’s pizza dough 1 table spoons vegetable oil ½ cup Italian starter tomato sauce 1/cup salsa Corn and chile tomato less salsa 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded 1 teaspoon mexican red sauce 1 avocado Fresh cilantro Gently flour a work space, roll out the dough to a circle 20 inches diameter. Place the dough in a lightly oil baking sheet, spread, first the Italian tomate sauce, then corn and chile salsa, on top spread both cheeses, and cook in a high temperature(550˚ F) oven by 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro and slices of avocado, stir Mexican red sauce. Serve immediately. It can be an appetizer or vegetarian meal.
