Polenta with Roasted Vegetables

1 pkg precooked polenta 1 bag frozen Oven Roasted Vegetable with Balsamic Vinegar 1/2 cup Feta Olive oil Grease shallow 9 x 13 baking dish with 1 tablesppon olive oil. Spread 1/2 inch slices of polenta in dish. Spread entire bag of Oven Roasted Vegetables with Balsamic Vinegar sauce over polenta. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Feta cheese. Cover tightley with aluminum foil, bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
