Peruvian Stew

1 onion diced 1 cup Melange a Trois frozen pepper strips 2 Tblsps Olive Oil 1 carton Organic Chicken Broth 1/2 bag frozen Chimichurri Rice 1 package Just Chicken diced 1 can garbanzo beans 1 tablespoon nonfat Fage Yogurt per serving Saute onion, pepper strips in olive oil until softened. Pour in entire carton Organic Chicken Broth, 1/2 bag chimichurrie rice, garbanzo beans and diced chicken. Simmer for fifteen minutes. Ladle into shallow bowls, top with spoonful of Nonfat Fage Yogurt and serve with wedge of Naan bread.
