1 T. butter 2 leeks, halved lengthwise, and then cut into 1/4 inch slices 2 T. diced Trader Joe’s Fire Roasted Red Peppers 1 package Trader Joe’s Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage, cut diagonally into 1/4 inch slices 1 c. Trader Joe’s Free Range Low Sodium Chicken Broth 1 lb. linguini, cooked until al dente Serves 4 Saute leeks and red peppers in butter for 3-4 minutes. Add chicken sausage, broth and al dente linguine. Cook until heated through (approximately 5 minutes). Salt and pepper to taste.
