1 lb bowtie pasta 1/2 cup golden raisins 1/2 cup diced dried apricot 1 cup walnuts (I prefer roasted) 1 cup diced canteloupe 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries 2 jars Trader Joe’s Lemon Curd Cook and cool pasta. Mix in all other fruit and nuts. Toss gently in lemon curd. Chill 1 hour.
