Island Rum Spiced Fruit Salad

1 2-lb container Trader Joe’s Fresh Fruit Tray with Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt Dip (contains cut strawberries, mango, pineapple, cantaloupe, and honeydew) 1/4 cup light rum 1 Tablespoon sugar Pinch of ground cinnamon Pinch of ground nutmeg Mint sprigs (optional) Place sliced fruit in a medium mixing bowl. Stir in the rum, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or over night. To serve, place fruit in tall glasses (optional) and top with a dollop of the vanilla yogurt dip and top it with a mint sprig. Serves: 4
