2 Tablespoons canola oil 1 pkg Trader Joe’s Harvest Hodge Podge Vegetables 1 7-oz pkg Trader Joe’s Organic Teriyaki Baked Tofu, cubed ¼ cup Trader Joe’s Black Pepper Sauce 1 Tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1 Tablespoon water Optional: Cooked brown or white rice Heat a large skillet with oil on medium-high heat. Mix in Trader Joe’s Harvest Hodge Podge Vegetables. Quickly stir until vegetables are no longer frozen. Add tofu and continue to stir fry. Add Black Pepper Sauce. When sauce begins to bubble, quickly stir in cornstarch and water mixture and evenly coat vegetables. Serve over cooked rice. Serves 4
