Balsamic Chicken Green Salad

Too easy to be a recipe, but too good not to share. Just open a package of salad in a bag–we like the one with dates, cherries, and goat cheese–and slice up a package of refrigerated balsamic chicken breasts. Toss all ingredients, and serve at least 2 adults a balanced dinner! Serve with ciabatta or sourdough bread slices and mango lemonade.
