2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced into 2-inch pieces 1/4 cup Trader Ming’s Soyaki sauce 2 teaspoons cornstarch 1 – medium bunch broccoli 2 Tablespoons vegetable or canola oil Place diced chicken, Trader Ming’s Soyaki sauce and cornstarch in a small bowl and marinate meat for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in a medium pot, boil enough water to quickly blanch the broccoli ( 1- minute, or until bright green and crunchy). Drain broccoli, set aside. In a large skillet, medium-high heat, add oil. Add marinated chicken, reserve any remaining sauce, and brown chicken pieces. Add reserved sauce to chicken and continue to stir until sauce thickens and boils. Stir in broccoli and serve. Serve over rice. Serves 4
