Tapenade Chicken with Bruschetta Sauce

4 boneless skinless chicken breast 8 oz. Fontina cheese, room temp., sliced 1/4 c. Cantare Olive Tapenade 1 container Fresh Bruschetta Sauce salt/pepper, to taste 1. Preheat broiler. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Season chicken w/salt & pepper. Cook chicken on both sides until 3/4 done. (It will finish cooking under the broiler) 2. Remove from skillet and place in a baking pan. Place slices of cheese over chicken and spoon 1 Tbsp of tapenade over cheese. 3. Broil about 3 inches from heat source for about 3-4 minutes or until cheese browns and chicken is cooked through completely. 4. Remove from pan and serve with bruschetta sauce spooned over.
