This is one of my favorite cheeses from Trader Joes. It comes sliced in plain and jalapeno flavor (never had the latter) and has a slightly sour (in a good way!) taste, like sour cream. It’s hard to explain, but it is definitely worth a try. I am not sure if they sell it in every store. I have two Trader Joes near me and one carries the plain one and one carries the jalapeno one. Makes a mean grilled cheese.
