Thai Shrimp Gyoza

If I absolutely had to pick my top Trader Joes favorite right now, it would have to be these gyozas. Really, spectacularly delicious. I have made them several different ways (do not cook these in the microwave!) but the hands down best tasting result is by steaming them. I suppose you can then pan fry to get them crisp, but I love them just steamed. They are better than any restaurant gyozas I’ve tried (many) and make a fancy appetizer. The package says something about them being hand made and imported from Thailand and I believe it.
