Greek yogurt varies from each company that manufacture’s it. TJ’s Greek yogurt is the best! My favorite meal consists of the vanilla greek yogurt, and fresh fruits, and granola. There’s plenty of protein in the yogurt to satsify your hunger for quite a few hours!
