Pepper Steak and Tomato Stir Fry

1 NY Strip Steak, sliced in 1/4 “slices 1/2 cup plus 2 Tablespoons Trader Joe’s Black Pepper Sauce 1 Tablespoon cornstarch 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil 1 small onion, quartered 1 pkg Trader Joe’s Red, Yellow, and Green Bell Pepper Strips 3 small tomatoes, quartered Combine beef slices in a small mixing bowl with 2 Tablespoons of Trader Joe’s Black Pepper Sauce and 1 Tablespoon of cornstarch. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes. Heat a wok with 2 Tablespoons of oil on medium-high heat. When oil is sizzling, add beef and stir-fry until meat is barely pink, 2 minutes. Remove meat from the wok. Heat the remaining Tablespoon of oil in the wok. Add the onion and bell pepper strips and stir-fry for 1-minute until peppers are heated through. Return the beef and remaining Black Pepper Sauce. Stir for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes and cook for 30 seconds or until heated through. Serves 4
