This is just a basic sparkling water. What makes it special is that it stays carbonated better than any mineral water I have ever tried. This stuff stays bubbly for 3 or 4 days after it’s opened. Every other brand I have tried goes flat within a day.
I use this in place of plain crumbled feta cheese. It adds great flavor. It is also very good on salads.
This lettuce is a little pricey, but it is worth it. It is so delicate and flavorful. Mache (pronounced “mosh”) is by far my favorite lettuce. I buy a bag every time I go to Trader Joe’s.
I love cheddar cheese, and this is my favorite cheddar cheese ever. I usually just eat it on a slice of bread, but it would be great on a burger.
This makes an outstanding substitute for fresh basil. It tastes so much better than dried basil, and it keeps much longer than the fresh stuff.
I have heard a lot of people recommend the spinach eggrolls, but I like these much better. I just heat them up in my toaster oven and dip them in soy sauce. Yum!
These make a great take to work lunch. They are dairy free (vegan), but please don’t let that stop you from trying them. I love cheese, but these enchiladas are fantastic without it.
