Prig Khing Green Beans

These are delicious and easy to make. I find the sauce addicting! Very easy to make, and a good way to liven up boring green beans. The cooking sauce clears my sinuses as it smokes, but once it’s time to eat the beans, it’s not nearly as firey as it smells, although it is strong taste, so it’s best to pair this with something mild (baked fish or chicken). I think they cook best with ghee–a tablespoon of ghee will cook half the bag.
