Baked Peaches

1 jar Peach Halves, drained ½ cup apple butter (or pumpkin butter) 8 cinnamon grahams, crushed Place single layer of drained peaches in baking dish, cut side up. Spread apple butter on each peach. Top peaches and apple butter with crushed cinnamon graham crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

1 tub Trader Joe’s Roasted Red Tomatoes ½ tub Perlini mozzarella, drained 1 can Trader Joe’s artichoke hearts, drained and quartered Empty roasted red tomatoes with juice into a bowl. BLT Dip

¾ cup mayonnaise or red. fat mayo ¾ cup lite sour cream or yogurt 1 lb bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled 4 plum tomatoes, seeded & diced 4 green onions, chopped (optional) Mix all ingredients together and serve with mini toast, pita chips or crackers.
