Trader Joe’s has some great simmer sauces, and this is one of my favorites. I simmer one bottle with two cans of red kidney beans and serve it over jasmine rice. If you eat meat, it would also pair well with chicken. It makes a wonderful quick meal.
This is the best oil I have ever had. It is pricey, but don’t let that stop you from trying it. It is very rich, so a little goes a long way. I usually mix it with a little balsamic vinegar as a salad dressing. Yum!
