Well… not as good as a restaurant dish but decent. Rice noodles with veggies such as red bell pepper, roasted onion, green onion and carrots. Flavors of lemongrass, thai basil leaves etc round out the taste.
These are awesome! The kids love them too! Lightly seasoned (garlic, lite paprika, coriander mustard, celery seed), grill broil or pan fry. Thin, though, so I guess you’d have to grill on a plank. We bake them in the oven. $8.99 a pound. Product of USA, harvested in Greenland.
Delicious! Relatively low fat, too (9g of fat) per serving, although one can easily eat the whole bag (3 servings) in a sitting. Made with roasted butternut squash. Perfect with a glass of white wine and so much easier than my own butternut squash risotto recipe.
