Nilla Wafers, move over! These cookies have got you beat! Light, thin, crispy butter cookies flecked with real vanilla bean. These are a grown up’s vanilla wafer and are great on their own, with milk, or in a banana pudding or other recipe requiring vanilla wafer cookies.
These are excellent. A soft chocolate mousse with fresh raspberry filling and a thin bottom layer of crispy-chewy nutty nougat. Perfect for impressing dinner guests or rewarding yourself for surviving a bad day.
