Quinoa Salad with Lentils and Sundried Tomatoes

This 4 ingredient recipe is sure to start your year right. Quinoa (The Mother Grain!) has more protein than any other grain and is also a good source of fiber, just like the lentils. In fact, these two ingredients are super healthy and we are delighted to have more recipes for them. To top it all off, the sundried tomatoes and lowfat dressing makes this a yum, yum, yummy healthy winner.
