Gift Basket FAQ and Policies

Q: Where can I send a basket?

All orders MUST have complete names, addresses, apartment or suite numbers, and phone numbers. No orders will be processed without this information. Please note, orders that are returned to the shipper because of incorrect or non-complete addresses will be assessed an additional $10 repacking fee plus the actual shipping rate to resend. No refunds will be given.

Q: What is the shipping and handling fee?
A:
The shipping and handling for each basket is $9.50. Included is a handwritten note to the recipient (3 line maximum please) and a lovely shrink-wrapped basket with a bow which is guarantee to arrive in perfect condition.

Q: How long will it take for the recipient to receive the basket?
A:
All orders will be processed and shipped with 3-5 business days of being placed. Orders are shipped FedEx Ground and take approximately 1-5 business days to arrive depending on final destination. You can therefore expect the basket to be delivered n 4-10 business days.

Q: What is your product substitution policy?
A:
In the instance when a particular item shown in the basket is not in stock, we reserve the right to replace it with one of equal or greater value at no additional charge.

Q: Can I substitute an item in the basket or create a custom basket?
A:
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accommodate any special orders on Trader Joe’s Fan Gift Baskets; however, if you would like a customized basket that could feature some Trader Joe’s products, please contact Nikki at gifts@traderjoesfan.com directly and she will be happy to work with you.
