In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Spread ingredients in a greased 8 X 8 baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Stir. Increase temperature to 425. Continue baking for another 20 minutes. Serves 6. Variation: Instead of walnuts, use 1/4 cup dried cranberries.
