2 Scoops TJ’s (Trader Darwins) Soy Protein Powder 1 1/2 cup TJ’s Natural Spring Water 2 tsp TJ’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/2 Italian Sausage-less Sausage, quartered into nice bite sized pieces 1 tsp Salt Free Italian Seasoning 1/4 Cup Frozen Spinach 1 Heaping Tbs TJ’sFresh Packed Mild Salsa 2 Heaping Tbs TJ’s Cannellini (White Kidney Beans) 1/2 tsp TJ’s Crushed Garlic 1 TJ’s Reduced Sodium Savory Broth (Vegetable) Packet Salt and pepper to taste Directions: In a bowl, mix Soy Protein powder and water until smooth. In a medium sauce pan, Saute the “sausage” in EVOO until lightly browned, then add the Italian Seasoning. Saute mixture until all sides are medium brown. Empty broth packet into sauce pan and stir in the protein powder mixture, then bring to a boil. Add the spinach, salsa, garlic, and beans, then reduce to med/low heat for 10-13 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes 1 very large dinner size serving or two 1st course servings.
