• 2 4oz bags Almondina Chocolate Cherry Biscuits • 1/4 cup sugar • 1/2 cups butter, melted • 1 Trader Joe’s Belgian Chocolate Pudding • 1 Trader Joe’s Organic Heavy Whipping Cream Place biscuits in a plastic bag. Roll with a rolling pin until finely crushed. Measure 1 1/2 cups of crumbs into a medium bowl. Add 1/4 cup of sugar to the biscuits crumbs. Add the melted butter. Stir or blend together with your hands. Press into the pie plate or other pan. To pre-bake the pie crust, bake for 7 minutes in a preheated 350-degree F. oven. Let crust cool. Prepare chocolate pudding following directions on box. Let chill in refrigerator. Fill pie crust with chilled pudding and top with whipped cream.
