Tortilla Soup

1 box Creamy Tomato Soup 1/2 box Vegetable Broth 1/2 bag Roasted Corn (from the freezer section) 4 cubes of Cilantro (from the freezer section) OR 1/3 cup of fresh Cilantro 1/3 cup Enchilada Sauce 1 small onion, chopped Bring the above indgredients to a boil in a pot then simmer for 20 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle on Mexican Cheese Blend and crushed up Tortilla Chips. Optional – add a dolop of sour cream before serving.
