12 slices TJ’s Turkey Bacon, cooked 1 bag TJ’s Hard Boiled Eggs 3/4 c. TJ’s Blue Cheese Dressing (in refrigerated section) 1 avocado, pitted & thinly sliced 1 bag TJ’s Just The Leaves Lettuce 2 Vine-ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced 8 slices Asiago Peppercorn Sourdough Bread or Multigrain Sourdough, toasted 1. Dice 4 hard boiled eggs and combine with 1/2 cup of dressing. Set aside. 2. Spread one side of each slice of bread with remaining blue cheese dressing. 3. Top 4 slices of bread with a lettuce leaf, tomato, avocado, 3 slices of bacon and egg mixture. Top with remaining slices of bread. 4. Serve.
