1lb ground turkey 2/3 peppers – green or red or yellow 1/2 jar of corn and chile tomato-less salsa 1 cup shredded carrots 1 cup broccoli slaw 2 cups roasted garlic spaghetti sauce generous portion of ground pepper Cut peppers in half and zap in a plastic bag in the micro wave for about 3/4 minutes. Meanwhile mix all other ingredients (except tomato sauce) and place in halved peppers in a oven-proof dish. Cover with tomato sauce and bake in a 375 degree oven for about 60 minutes. Serve with rice and broccoli
