Creamed Peas and Onions

1 box Trader Joe’s Mixed Pearl Onions (1.5 lbs) 2T Salted Butter, melted 2T Flour 1/2 Stick Salted Butter 2 bags Trader Joe’s Frozen Petite Peas (16 oz. each) 1/2 bottle Trader Joe’s Heavy Cream Salt and Pepper to taste 1) Place onions on a baking sheet and roast in a 420 degree for 20 minutes. Peel them after they are cool enough to handle. (helpful hint: cut off the end and squeeze the onions out). 2) Mix the 2T of butter with the flour and set aside. 3) Melt the 1/2 stick of butter in a saucepan. Add the peas and cook until peas are thawed. Mix in the butter/flour mixture and heavy cream. Bring to a slow boil and reduce heat to low. Add onions and cook until heated through.
