Serves: 6-8 Prep: 15 minutes Cook: N/A 1 large container Trader Joe’s Cherry Heirloom Tomatoes 2 containers Trader Joe’s fresh mozzarella (bocconcini) ¼ c. fresh basil, finely chopped sea salt/cracked pepper, to taste 3 T. olive oil 2 T. balsamic vinegar In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, cheese, basil, salt and pepper. Drizzle in olive oil and balsamic vinegar and toss gently to coat evenly. Serve immediately or keep in fridge for up to 2-3 days. *If you want to control the portion of tomato and cheese pieces the guest eat, you can skewer them on a toothpick.
