Ingredients: -1 Tabula Rasa Pizza Crust -1 pkg Pollo Asada -1/2 of a green bell pepper, cut into thin strips -1 c salsa -1 c TJ’s Mexican cheese blend Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large skillet or grill pan, cook chicken and bell peppers until heated through. Cut chicken into bite-sized chunks. 2. Spoon onto pizza crust; top with salsa and cheese. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
