1 lb of chicken breast, cubed 1 jar Yellow Thai Curry Sauce 3 granny smith apples, cored and peeled, sliced 1 c grapes, halved 1 carrot, cut into rounds ½ c sweet peas ¼ c raisins 2 T all spice 1 T olive oil Coat chicken breast chunks in all spice. Heat oil in pan. Add chicken, cook through. Add fruits, vegetables and curry sauce. Warm through. Serve over brown rice (the frozen kind you get at Trader Joe’s!)
