1 Trader Joes Alfredo sauce 4 chicken breast (depending on how many are eating) Montreal chicken seasoning 2 packages of the trader joes potato gnocchi plain- find in pasta isle half a jar of roasted red & yellow peppers from trader joes a few cups of fresh broccoli or Trader Joes frozen organic peas Take the chicken and put in a big ziploc bag with the Montreal seasoning. Grill the chicken (you can pan saute but grilling is the best) let the chicken sit for 10 minute to seal in juices. Cut the chicken into strips. Boil the gnocchi (direction will be on package) once they float to the top cook for 5 minutes..spoon out and reserve the water. in a sauce pan add the Alfredo sauce and heat on medium for a few minutes. Add the rest of the ingredient (chicken, sliced roasted red peppers, broccoli or peas, and gnocchi) Stir together and add water till the sauce has the constituency preferred. Feeds 4-5 people.
