2 bags Trader Giotto’s Ready to Bake Pizza Dough 1/2 stick Trader Joe’s butter (salted) 1/4 cup Trader Joe’s natural sugar 1/2 tsp Trader Joe’s cinnamon Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt the butter and pour 2/3 of it into the bottom a glass 9×13 baking dish. In a separate small bowl, mix the sugar and the cinnamon together. You may add more cinnamon to your taste. Break off pieces of the pizza dough about the size of a golf ball. Roll the pieces of dough out into a long, snake-like piece. Take this long piece and roll it inside of itself, like a snail. Place each roll into the bottom of the glass baking dish. Once all the rolls are placed, drizzle the cinnamon sugar mixture and the remaining melted butter on top of the rolls. Bake the rolls in the oven for approximately 20 minutes, or until the tops are light golden brown. Serve warm. Variation – you may substitute the Whole Wheat Trader Giotto’s dough for a healthier alternative. Trick – the dough is very hard to work with at room temperature. It is best to store it in the refrigerator until you are about to use it. Or store it in the freezer, and place it in the refrigerator the night before and it will be the perfect consistency to work with in the morning.
