1 package Tofurky Italian Sausage, sliced diagonally 1 package Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto 1 lb Farfalle Pasta or any other pasta you prefer 2 T Olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced parmesan-romano to taste First boil 4 qts of water for the pasta. Cook pasta for one minute less than the package says. Saute the garlic and olive oil for a couple minutes. Add the sliced Tofurky and pan fry till crisp. Add the cooked pasta and stir in the pesto.
