Chicken Sausage and Pepper Vegetable Soup

1 Package Trader Joe Chicken Sausage with Basil and Garlic, sliced into 1/4″ slices 1T Olive Oil 1 Yellow or Red Pepper, diced into 3/4″ squares 1 box Trader Joe’s Roasted Corn and Pepper Soup 5T Heavy Cream Heat the oil in a 12″ skillet. Add the sliced sausage for 1-2 minutes or until slightly browned. Flip each one to brown the other side. Add yellow peppers and 1/2 cup water; cover for 2-3 minutes of until peppers are done. Drain liquid and divide mixture into 5 bowls. Heat roasted corn and pepper soup until bubbly, spoon on top of sausage mixture to cover. Finish with the heavy cream.
